Can I create a portrait of a dog who is still alive?

No.
Stillhere Studio is dedicated exclusively to memorial portraits. We do not create portraits of living dogs.

This focus allows us to approach each piece with the care, intention, and sensitivity it deserves.

How does the process work?

1. You choose a memorial portrait.
2. You upload a photo of your dog.
3. We create a minimalist memorial artwork, unique to your dog.
4. Your portrait is carefully prepared and delivered to you.

The process is designed to be simple and respectful, especially during a difficult time.

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear photo where your dog is visible and well-lit works best.
It doesn’t need to be professionally taken — many customers use a favourite everyday photo.

If the photo is not suitable, we will contact you before proceeding.

Yes.
Each memorial portrait is created individually, based on your dog’s photo and presence.

Can I request changes?

Because these are memorial pieces, we work carefully from the beginning.

Creation time varies, but most memorial portraits are completed within 5-6 days.
Delivery time depends on your location.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each portrait is created uniquely and personally, we are unable to offer refunds once the creation process has begun.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes.
We offer Memorial Gift Cards, which can be used by someone who has lost a dog they loved.

Gift cards are delivered by email and are valid for 2 years.
